Polystyrene Beads (EPS Beads)

Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) Beads, also known as polystyrene beads or foam beads, are lightweight spherical granules used as raw material for manufacturing EPS products and for various insulation, packaging, and lightweight fill applications. EPS beads are widely used in construction, industrial, packaging, furniture, and decorative industries due to their versatility, low weight, and thermal insulation properties.

EPS beads are produced through polymerization and expansion processes that create closed-cell beads with stable physical and thermal characteristics. These beads can be further expanded and molded to manufacture EPS boards, blocks, and custom-shaped elements, or used directly in loose-fill and lightweight mixtures.

In hot climates such as Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, and Kuwait, EPS beads are commonly used for cavity wall insulation, lightweight concrete, screed, void filling, and packaging applications where reduced weight, thermal performance, and cost efficiency are required.
