Exterior Decorative Elements

Exterior Decorative Elements made from Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) are lightweight architectural profiles and custom-shaped components used to enhance building facades with refined aesthetic details and strong architectural character. EPS decorative elements provide a flexible and cost-effective alternative to traditional materials such as concrete, stone, plaster, or GRC, while offering excellent dimensional accuracy, design freedom, and ease of installation.

EPS architectural solutions include decorative profiles and cornices installed along rooflines, parapets, and facade transitions to create visual definition and enhance building proportions. EPS cornices and profiles feature smooth surface finish, high dimensional accuracy, customizable sizes and depths, and suitability for exterior use when properly coated. They are paintable to match facade color schemes and help reduce thermal bridging at facade junctions.

EPS can also be CNC-cut or molded into highly detailed three-dimensional shapes such as decorative panels, reliefs, sculpted facade features, custom trims, moldings, Column, and free-form curved elements. In addition, EPS Arch Elements and Arch Formwork are used to create arched openings and curved architectural features such as windows, entrances, and facade arches. These elements provide accurate curvature, consistent geometry, faster execution compared to traditional site-built formwork, reduced labor and formwork weight, and clean, repeatable results. EPS arches may function as lightweight formwork during construction or as permanent decorative elements after finishing.

These profiles and shapes can be manufactured in classical ornamental styles or clean modern linear designs, allowing designers to realize complex architectural concepts that would be difficult or expensive to achieve using traditional materials.

EPS decorative elements are non-load-bearing components and serve purely as architectural and aesthetic features. They can be integrated with EIFS and other facade insulation systems to combine thermal performance with decorative detailing.
