Nesma United Industries – AMAALA Project

AMAALA is a large-scale luxury tourism development located along Saudi Arabia’s Red Sea coast, spanning approximately 4,155 square kilometers. Designed as a global destination focused on wellness, culture, and lifestyle, the project integrates beachfront residences, hospitality facilities, and infrastructure within a sustainable masterplan.

Through Nesma United Industries, FORMA supplied EPS Geofoam lightweight fill solutions for selected project areas requiring reduced structural loads and improved ground performance. EPS Geofoam was specified due to its low density, high compressive strength, ease of installation, and long-term stability, making it suitable for large-scale infrastructure and foundation applications.
