EPS Dome Formwork

EPS Dome Formwork systems use expanded polystyrene (EPS) lightweight molded or CNC-cut elements to form domes, curved roof features, and spherical architectural elements with precision and efficiency. Due to its high strength-to-weight ratio, EPS makes dome construction easier, faster, and more cost-effective compared to traditional timber or steel formwork solutions.

Thanks to its adaptable nature, EPS dome formwork can be shaped into complex geometries and custom profiles, making it ideal for architectural features such as mosque domes, entrance domes, cupolas, and decorative roof elements. The EPS formwork can either remain in place as permanent formwork or be removed after concrete curing, depending on project design requirements.
